The technology isn’t as efficient as photovoltaic systems currently are, using only about 1.5 to 2% of the sun’s energy for power while today’s bulkier silicon technology can harvest up to 20% of the sun’s energy, but the potential for the future is exciting.

Printable paper could become a source of energy, and the application of these micro thin cells could eventually be transmitted by a printer or even a staple gun.

Experts estimate that even if .3% of the U.S. had photovoltaics functioning at 10% efficiency, it would produce more than three times the amount of energy necessary for the entire country. While printable paper micro film technology is likely about a decade away from going commercial, the possibilities are astounding.

Imagine a custom paper size fit like wallpaper on the side of a house, able in one sunny day to produce and store enough energy for an entire year. Gas heating would become a technology of yesteryear as the only payment for energy would be a one time installation fee. With the help of paper, one of the more common technologies in society, we can make energy saving a feasible and valuable priority.

What Your Paper Says About You

Printable paper goes quickly. You may be surprised if you’ve been printing at all, because it seems that as soon as you refill your paper try, why, in just a few short weeks, it’s empty!

It’s also important to recognize that the type of paper used can say a lot about what is printed on it. Especially if you are submitting more formal documents, like resumes, a heavyweight paper can make a big difference as to whether you’re called back for a second interview. The kind of paper you print on is a lot like the kind of clothes you wear.

If you are printing out brochures or annual reports, you probably want a heavyweight paper. This will give the people who are viewing your document a sense of weight – literally and figuratively. It’s easy to disregard a document, even if the content on it is important, if the paper is light and flimsy. You figure it’s ready to be recycled. But if you hold a sheet of heavyweight paper in your hands, you know that this paper means business. Whoever took the time to print on it had something important to say, and didn’t skimp to say it.

A Flower Craft For Spring

Spring has arrived and with it, the need for fun and creativity. Here is an idea for a craft that you can make with your kids: the Tissue Paper Vase.

You need: a juice jar, paper mache paste (a 1:5 ration of flower to water, boiled for 3 minutes then left to cool) strips of white printable paper, and coloring items

Cover the jar in paper mache paste, and place three layers of paper over it. It takes about a day for the paper mache to dry, but after that you can decorate the bottle any way you want. Adding strips of heavyweight paper is a great idea, or you can color on the sides to match your flower.

For the flower, you need tissue paper or colored printable paper, straw, a cotton ball, scissors and some tape. Cut a 2” by 2” square of paper and place some cotton in the middle. Use a straw and wrap the paper with cotton around it. Put about 5 petals on around the straw and add maybe 3 or 4 layers of petals, or until the flower looks full and healthy.

There you have it, a beautiful flower vase, with a flower that won’t die. You can even spray some perfume on it, so it smells pretty.

Print Your Own Wedding Invitations

Spring and summer are two of the most popular seasons for weddings. If you are getting married, you should consider printing your own invitations on heavyweight paper. Wedding invitations are an incredibly important part of the wedding process, so it’s understandable that you want them looking their best. In the past, many people were turned off to printing important documents like wedding invitations at home because of the quality.

Well over the years, home printers have really come a long way in terms of quality. Since many printers on the market today are designed to be able to print out flawless digital photos. Simple text projects that were once left-up to the professionals to do like resumes, business cards, and invitations, are now able to be printed from home without the home-made look.

There are tons of varieties of printable paper to choose from, and when you purchase from limited papers, you can choose a custom paper size. This makes the printing process for invitations so easy. No more cutting out sheets and worrying about crooked edges! The best part about printing from home, is you have total control of the entire process. Conception, design, layout: you have the freedom to make any changes, and see what everything looks like before you finalize.

Celebrate Earth Day and Buy Recycled Printable Paper

Earth Day is this week and what better way to do a good deed for Mother Nature than to purchase and use some recycled printable paper. If this sounds like something you’re interested in doing, you are probably wondering what to look for in recycled printable paper or wondering what constitutes as recycled printable paper.

In order to ensure that the heavyweight paper you’re purchasing is truly recycled, you need to make sure that it is FSC and/or SFI certified. FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council and the Sustainable Forest Initiative. These organizations ensure that the recycled printable paper products you purchase are of the highest quality, and are produced in line with the environmental protection guidelines.

The Sustainable Forestry Initiative was started in 1992 in response to the Earth Summit in Rio by loggers, foresters, environmentalists, and sociologists, who were interested in banding together and working out cohesive 10 point program that lists their ecological and social responsibilities. The Sustainable Forest Initiative is an independent non-profit organization. There was obviously something the potential employer liked from your cover letter or inquiry, so you need to highlight those attribute and present yourself in the most professional way possible.

This means printing out your wonderful resume on heavyweight paper or custom stock sheets. Paper choice really adds a polished touch to your overall ambience, so be sure to use heavy paper. If you have a stack of resumes on your desk that all look alike, the one on the nice paper is probably going to stick out and leave a positive imprint on the interviewers mind.

A key thing to remember on the day of the interview is to bring a hard copy of your resume, even if you sent one out via email. The potential employer will see your professional resume on heavyweight paper and know that you mean business.

Printable Paper Terms Defined

Like most things, the world of printable paper has its own glossary of technical jargon. Paper, although it seems simple and straightforward is a complex thing. You may have encountered a few of these words when shopping for paper at the office supply store and was left scratching your head.

Grain Direction- The direction in which paper fibers lie; a factor to consider for achieving the best results in printing, folding, and converting.

Finish- A paper’s surface characteristics like smoothness, appearance and gloss.

Laser paper- Manufactured in cut sizes, very smooth and low in moisture to prevent curling in high-heat situations.

Linen Finish- A woven-like textured effect by embossed a web of paper with a patterned steel-roll.

Opacity-A paper’s ability to prevent light transmission. The more opaque a paper is the less you can see through it.

Laid Finish-A linear pattern applied by a dandy roll while the paper is still very wet to mimic the look of hand-made paper.

Cockle Finish-A rough, uneven, hard paper finish. Most frequently manufactured in bond papers.
For the best selection of printable paper, including custom stock sheets, turn to Limited Paper.

Recycling Tips for Printable Paper

For every ton of paper recycled, 17 trees live! If you are dealing with a lot of paper in your home or office, here are some tips to help keep your environment cleaner and greener.

1. Separate printable paper into three groups: color, white, and newspaper. Newspaper can be tied together with twine or placed in brown bags to make collection easier. Mixed paper includes everything from magazines to colored flyers. Make sure to remove all non- paper items like rubber bands, plastic wrappers and the like. Staples are okay.

2. Re-use scrap paper for making notes or writing memos. This can be done by ripping off edges, using the reverse side, or folding in half custom stock sheets.

3. Keep a pile of recyclable paper on or under your desk. This provides easy access to scrap and reduces time by keeping your trip to the recycle bin to just one daily visit rather than having to get up every time you want to throw something away.

If you follow these tips, you will not only have a more environmentally friendly office or home, but you will feel better about doing your part in the global effort to reduce waste. And if you’re looking to buy printable paper, heavyweight paper or custom stock sheets that you can eventually recycle, www.LimitedPapers.com is your resource.

A History of Printable Paper

Long before custom stock sheets and heavyweight paper, the Ancient Chinese developed a paper method of their own. Although paper substitutes, like papyrus, bone, and even silk were used to write and transport information, paper was used to wrap and protect items for thousands of years. The court official Cai Lun is credited with inventing modern day paper around the year 8 A.D. He is said to have taken his ideas from bees. Weaving mulberry and other plants and fibers together he created a writable product.

During the 8th century, the first paper mills opened in Baghdad after Chinese secrets spread to the west. Christian Europe, however, was reticent in accepting this new technology, viewing it as a Muslim attempt to control foreign lands. After Gutenberg’s invention of the printing press, paper spread in popularity, but it was still a scarce resource. Most paper fibers were hemp and linen rags.

Until the 19th century paper was not readily available. When the steam driven paper mill appeared, it became the standard for paper production, but it was not until the latter part of the century that wood pulp began to be favored over rags.

Today printable paper is usually bleached white, while heavyweight paper is colored using dyes and other techniques. Although a lot has changed over the years, it’s pretty clear that the development paper has contributed to the advancement of human technology.

Paper For Any Job!

There are many different types of paper. Each best fits a description for each job your office does. Here is a list of how weight accords with style and purpose.

Some of the lighter paper around is best for certificates, directories, fliers, forms, handbills, letterheads, newsletters, photocopy, quick printing, and resumes. This printable paper is for writing jobs predominantly and is weighed anywhere from 9-28. Carbonless paper is supplementary to this group because it is used for paper that can be rapidly disposed of, such as receipts, invoices, and purchase orders. This paper usually weighs under 20.

Heavyweight paper is usually used for annual reports, announcements, art reproductions, books, brochures, calendars, posters, self-mailers. This paper is longer lasting, weighing anywhere from 60-100, and will not detiorate over the course of time. It can also be used for business cards, calendars covers for annual reports, books, catalogs and directories folders, greeting cards, invitations, menus, point of purchase displays, post cards , posters, table tents, and tickets.

After the paper used for text, coated books and cover paper is the really heavyweight paper – board. 90-175 is the usual weight of these papers as it can be used for any heavy duty job you have. That pretty much runs the paper gamut. Teaching children to foster their creative instincts is so rewarding, especially when I see the joy they get from working intensely on their projects, and the pride they have when they show the class their finished product.

I especially like the collage project I teach once a year. During this project, I tell the kids that they can bring in whatever they want, but it has to be able to stick to paper, at least with Elmer’s glue. Some of the kids get pretty crazy, wanting to bring in action figures and sticks and leaves they find at recess, but others are more sedate, and are satisfied with the choice of heavyweight paper I provide. I tell the school about the custom paper size I need and they deliver it. I encourage the kids to cut the heavyweight paper and paste it to make a sort of rainbow collage.

The final results vary, and even though I have already chosen a custom paper size, I’ve seen some projects that wind up being twice the size of the original paper I chose. In any event, every year it’s always something different and that’s another reason why I love it!

They Call Me the Paperizer

It’s true. My best friends call me the Paperizer. I know my paper. Printable paper, heavyweight paper, customs stock sheets, bond text and writing paper – it all depends on what you want to do. Me, I write, and so when I print out my material it’s important to have the best paper quality. It’s like that scene in American Psycho with the business cards. If you have your work printed on poor paper, it reflects the quality of your work. So I usually choose heavyweight paper when I’m submitting something official.

Heavyweight Paper doesn’t bleed, it is strong and sturdy, and you can feel the difference in your hands because it’s heavier (hence the name) it’s sleeker, and it has a slight shine that gives your work a classy finish. Plus, once I’m a household name, my original manuscripts will still be around; they won’t dissolve or get dog-eared like that cheap paper.

If I’m just printing out copies for my buddies, I use a simple printable paper, which is a bit cheaper and less sturdy, but when I’m printing out hundreds of pages, it’s great! I usually get my paper from Limited Papers because they have good prices and they’re friendly and fun. I hope y’all heed my advice when it comes to printing your own work. Tata for now, you’ll read me again.

Create Customized Paper Hats With Heavyweight Paper For Your Child's Birthday!

Kids love creating stuff, it's just in their genes. And paper hats are easy to make and real fun too!

One of the first things you will need is printable paper. My suggestion is to use a heavier and denser paper like heavyweight paper because it won't bleed through with printer ink or with markers, it's pliable, and it's durable! You also might want to choose custom stock sheets and a custom paper size for whatever size hats you want to create.

Next, you need to either find a program that will create the hat design template for you so you can use the printable paper to print it out or you can print out the hat template using the heavyweight paper and allow your child to create the paper hats using markers, glitter, different glue colors or crayons.

Next, you’ll need to cut along and fold along the lines given on the template and secure with tape or glue. That's it! You just helped your son or daughter create some really cool hats for their friends!

For all your paper needs and supplies, even it’s more serious stuff, you can visit us at www.LimitledPapers.com and get whatever paper you want, whenever you want it!

Create Children's Paper Masks with Printable Paper!

Some parents think they have to spend a lot of money on activities for their children, but this is simply not the case. Many of the most rewarding activities involve materials you can find right at home, including markers, rubber bands, and printable paper.

Speaking of these supplies—if you have these in your house, that means you have everything you need to create fun paper masks with your children!

If this sounds like a project your kids would enjoy, you can get them started in one of two ways. You can print out mask templates online for your kids to color in, or else allow them to create the full designs on the computer, using a painting program such as Microsoft Paint.

Whatever method you choose, you'll have to use your rubber bands to create straps to keep those masks in place (twine or string might also work, perhaps fastened by a staple). You can add glitter to the masks for a really eye-catching look, or encourage your kids to create intricate marker designs. For details like this, of course, heavyweight paper is ideal, so that it will not rip or allow colors to bleed.

Do You Want To Make Reading And Marketing Materials For Your Business?

I'm a big believer that with the right printer and the right paper, you can make just about anything look good, including reading and marketing materials for your business. It's going to be much cheaper for you to do it yourself, and much quicker (not having to wait for the shipping of your business cards is a big plus!). You can choose from a variety of paper using our website as far as business cards, brochures, posters, newsletters, and signs go.

For example, heavyweight paper is a great paper product because your ink won't bleed through to the other side, it won't crinkle up or get dog eared, and it's a paper that will last awhile. For something like posters or signs, you could consider using coated printable paper. This is basically a regular paper in that you can print anything right on it (black and white or color), but it's also going to have a "sheen" coating to it. You can also choose from custom stock sheets and custom paper size as well - this means that you can get any type of paper and any size you want!

This is going to be one of the most important aspects of your business, make it professional with the paper and the ink you use, and you are going to be golden!

Paper Arts & Craft Projects With Custom Stock Sheets

If you are a nanny or a parent you know that one thing kids absolutely love is arts and crafts. They especially like it when they can draw or paint on papers because this gives them the whole "outside of the lines" freedom that a coloring book just can't cut! You can come up with all sorts of projects for your child to do on paper - whether it's drawing on it, or printing out paper on a printer for occasions and holidays. One thing I like if you are a nanny is to make a card for the parent with the child on printable paper.

This is cute because its much more personable from the child to their parent, rather than going out and buying a card. And if their parents are anything like mine, these are projects that they will probably keep for a long time! My mom still has pictures I have drawn and projects we have done when I was a child and I'm now almost 29 years old! These are the precious times in a child's life, so whatever memories you can make, or whatever memories you can "record" while a parent is away at work, is definitely worth it!

One suggestion is that if you are going to buy printable paper for something like a card, try to buy heavyweight paper. This is going to keep the colors from bleeding through to the other side, and these pieces of paper make for a perfect material when it comes time to fold the card up as well. If you need custom stock sheets you can also find these on our website as well as customer paper sizes too!

How Can I Choose Printable Paper For My Office

If you have a printer or printers in your office or home office, you can easily and quickly decide on the type of custom stock sheets you are going to need by following a few simple guidelines. First off, don't buy more than you can afford or that you need. It's important that you or someone in the office keeps track of how many packs of paper you go through every month. If you go through 4 packs of 250 sheets of printable paper a month it's a good idea to buy 4-6 packs every single month JUST in case you have some over flow. Its also important that you are choosing the right kind of paper.

Most paper will come in specific sheet sizes, but if you need something that is customized sheets, so you would need to find custom stock sheets or custom paper size options. This is not only going to allow you to choose from various sizes, but different kinds of paper as well such as lined paper, graph, charts, calendars, dot paper, monthly budget paper, etc. Next you need to decide what material you want the paper to be made out of.

If you are making some sort of a presentation for your office, it's a good idea to go with a heavyweight paper option because this will keep layers of ink from bleeding through to the other side - which just looks plain sloppy! If you follow these few rules, you should be able to rule out what kinds of paper options you would need for your office.

Go Green With Eco-Friendly Printable Paper!

A lot of people are choosing a friendlier option when it comes to printable paper. The "green" option not only allows you to take part in making the world a friendlier place as far as the environment goes, but it also costs quite a lot less when choosing a recyclable or recycled paper rather than one that is not. These Eco-friendly printable paper options will still come with all the same options that you would want for your printer paper, but they are simply BETTER to use. You can still choose from heavyweight paper - which is a great option for laser jet printers or projects where you will have multiple lines or layers of ink going on the paper.

You can also still find custom stock sheets for various styles of the paper such as presentation paper, graphs, projections for the year, budgets, or even to-do lists if you so choose. Furthermore you can also choose from the same custom paper size choices as well.

Most paper will come in a standardized size, but if you have a larger printer or you need to print on paper that is a different size than a regular piece of paper could establish, you can choose from custom paper sizes that will allow you to choose from just about any size that you need! When these papers need to be thrown out, simply place them in your recycling bin! Very simple and it's a great way to start making your office more Eco-friendly as well!

Printable Paper Project For Your Child!

Since the Internet is SO technologically advanced, more and more websites are coming up with more and more ways for your child to not only have fun and to learn. One of the websites I'm talking about are these children craft sites where you can either do projects directly on the site - like coloring or and drawing or you can print out template and games to do with your child. These sites are really nice because most all of the ones I have found are completely free.

The only thing you are going to need is a computer which you undoubtedly already have, a printer, and some printable paper. Now if it's something like a template that needs to be on the thicker side, you might want to consider buying heavyweight paper for these projects. Heavyweight paper is very durable and usually about .006" depending on the actual weight of the paper. Whereas with something like regular printer paper it's about .002", again depending on the weight and type of paper.

This might not seem like a difference, but in the scheme of things its like comparing apples to oranges! This heavyweight paper is going to be considerably better these arts and crafts projects as far as printing goes. Also, you can choose from a variety of custom stock sheets and custom paper size options as well. Need something a little larger for a template? Or maybe something a little smaller to make your own cards? No problem, we've got you covered!

Have A Special Presentation? However, there are a lot of businesses where employees NEED to print up presentations, proposal, graphs/goals, schedules, posters, campaign ads, etc. For these types of presentations you absolutely need quality paper - that is a no-brainer. If you use something really cheap or something really thin, chances are you are going to have a bleeder!

This is when the ink runs or "bleeds" through the paper. Not only is it messy, but it's also unprofessional! If you need to do a special presentation, you might want to start looking at printable paper such as heavyweight paper, custom stock sheets and different options for custom paper size for your presentation. The printable paper obviously means this is paper that is made to print on. The heavyweight means that it's going to be thick enough for your presentation to have a certain look of professionalism to it, and it's not going to bleed through!

The custom stock sheets option is going to allow you to choose from all kinds of colors and types of paper materials such as glossy, matte, linen, vellum, and heck! you can even choose from metallic if you really want to! Lastly, the custom paper size is obviously going to let you choose what paper size you will need for your presentation. This is seriously going to impress your clients and customers and your boss. Don't have this kind of paper yet? Well you better get moving!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://limitedpapersblog.blogspot.com/2009/12/have-special-presentation-need-custom.html' title='Have A Special Presentation? And you can use these for any occasion or any holiday. They also have a lot of software available these days with all kinds of designs, templates and options in order to make THE best cards possible. Besides a quality printer, you are going to need quality printable paper. It's a good idea to look at heavyweight paper for something like cards because of the amount of ink that is going to be on the paper.

Plus, the heavyweight paper adds a certain thickness to the card which makes it seem even high quality once you shape it and fold it to how you want it. Another thing you can do if you are making customized cards is to use custom stock sheets and custom paper size options. The custom stock sheets are going to allow you to choose from a variety of material's and colors. So for example, for Christmas cards you could do something like Vellum or Linen paper to give it that extra extra level of quality.

And with the customer paper sizes you can obviously choose from custom sizes of paper depending on what YOU want. Standard sizes for printable paper start at around 8.5 × 11 for letter size paper. But with custom options you can go as big or as small as you see fit.

How Can I Choose Printable Paper For My Business?

I don't know one single office or business that doesn't use paper. Have it be for faxes, print outs, graphs, or to simply write on - all companies are going to use paper at one level or another. For something like printable paper you might want to consider a heavyweight paper option. This keeps the inks from your printer from bleeding through - which is really important if you are using the paper for something like a presentation and you want to be as professional as possible.

Also, you can buy custom stock sheets and custom paper size options as well. For example, if you are IN the printing business you will most likely need a variety of sizes and customizations for your customers. The custom stock sheets are going to allow you to choose sizes, colors, textures, types of materials, etc. It's all about variety, especially in the printing business. Also, if you have a business such as photography, you are going to need paper with glossy effects, matte, coated, etc.

Really it's going to depend on WHAT you need the paper for! One of the things you need to consider about printable paper or heavyweight paper is if your neighborhood or store location allows recycling or not. Nowadays this is usually mandatory, but in some cases you have to actually ask if you want to receive recycling bins. If you have to ask for them, simply call your waste management or recycling center and let them know that you need X amount of bins for your specific location.

You still need to pay the waste fees that regular garbage brings to the table, but frankly I think the benefits for recycling definitely outweighs the fee you have to pay for the cans. Also, these cans can be used for other recyclable materials as well such as tin cans, bottles, jugs, etc. Usually the waste management company or recycling company will give you a print out of what can go in the cans and what cannot - so make sure you read this!

Usually what we do is tape the info at the back door by the cans so we know what goes in what garbage can. You can also use the recycling cans for other types of papers as well, even paper with and without ink on it, and different thicknesses of paper as well. It's just a nicer way to run your business or your household and a good way to do your part when it comes to the economy and the ecosystem.

Are you a Photo Printer Business? The only problem with this was that I would need to buy everything including the printer and the paper. The printer itself was a Canon imagePROGRAF iPF6100 Large Format Printer. It was and still continues to be an amazing printer, but the paper I kept looking at in local stores near me and online was quite expensive.

You have to figure that this isn't just regular lightweight paper you can use for these prints. It has to be heavyweight, it has to be from a specialty store, it has to have custom paper size options and it also had to have different "material" options as well such as matte or glossy since different people wanted different finishes. When I was looking at stores that weren't specialty stores, the prices were SO high. It was incredibly frustrating because whole I was a good photographer, I really knew I wasn't going to make millions of dollars on my photography.

So spending $4,000 on photo paper every month simple wasn't an option. However, after visiting Limited Paper, I found much lower prices than the other regular stores. I'm not really sure the reason behind this, I just know that saving money on the forefront is HUGE! It really doesn't matter if you are a photographer or you have another kind of business that needs specialty paper – Limited Paper can definitely give you whatever products you want, at a price that is really going to make you happy!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://limitedpapersblog.blogspot.com/2009/11/are-you-photo-printer-business-do-you.html' title='Are you a Photo Printer Business? One of those things is usually printable paper. Heavy weight paper can be a really important thing for a company, obviously depending on what you use it for. If it's something you only use once in a blue moon, then you probably won't need to bother with what I have to say. However, if you are a company or business that prints out stuff on a daily basis, you will want to hear what I have to say because it's going to seriously help you out!

Recently I was looking for some paper business so I could buy custom paper size options for myself. I know that most people automatically assume since its paper and it's going to be delivered that the S&H is probably going to be expensive, but Limited Papers offers free shipping and handling, and even same day delivery!

They also offered some really great prices for packs of heavyweight paper as well - and if you use a lot, then you know how expensive this can get - and the last thing you want to do is spend more than you have to!

Are you a Business that is looking for Heavyweight Paper?

Recently I just bought this huge printer for my business - it seems to do everything, but make me breakfast! The only thing was is that I needed some paper that could handle the ink, handle the use, and handle my type of work. I do a lot of writing, so when it comes to things like printing out books I've written for my publisher, or printing out reports for permanent files I keep on file, I need a printer and printable paper that is really going to be able to withstand the scrutiny in which I put it under!

Heck, that's why I bought a $500 printer! Some of the paper products I found at those "other" office stores offline were so expensive. It was really scary because I thought for sure I bought this printer for nothing! It's not exactly like you can use one without printable paper! So I decided to do what I always do - I looked online! Anyway, I found Limited Papers that stocks heavyweight paper, custom stock sheets and customer paper size, and also provides pricing that didn't make my jaw drop to the floor!

Now that I found my paper, I can join it up with my printer and not feel so bad for spending too much on paper!

Limited Papers Sample Swatch Book. Because we love paper so much, how about learning together how to make paper with kids? Ye, we know we are a paper company but this blog post probably won’t make us go bankrupt. Let’s say it’s just for fun with the kids okay? Promise us that you won’t go and make your own office paper by hand…

You will need:

A kid…

Any kind of old junk paper (mail, newspapers)

Kitchen Blender

Bucket

Holed window screen or any plastic or metal screening

Towel

Cutting board

News paper and Cotton cloth

And Now… Making Paper!

Rip the paper into small pieces and soak them in a bucket with warm water. Soak it overnight or for a couple of hours, depending on your kids’ level of patience. You can also throw in the mix some natural decorations like leaves and

Pour the mix into a blender and fill it with water, to about half. Then blend the watery mix in order to get a smooth liquid.

Evenly spread the mix on the screen and place it on the towel.

Press the screen with the cutting board and squeeze out the liquids. Use a sponge to absorb any of the remaining liquids.

Spread a newspaper on the floor and put the cotton cloth above it. Turn the screen over the cloth and detach the paper.

That’s it! Now just let it dry and there you have it…

Your very own handmade recycled paper!

But let's get down to business: when you need some real paper, contact Limited Papers for thousands of paper products available for same day shipping!

Watermark Papers. Okay, now hold it up to the light and look at the empty space that's right of the middle portrait. Can you see Mr. Hamilton appear? (If you don’t… well, I wouldn’t go to the bank with it.) This is called a watermark. It’s an image or pattern that is embedded in the paper which appears in different lightning and caused by thickness variations in the paper.

The watermark functions a signature or proof of originality and helps businesses, banks or governments to avoid forgery of important documents. Watermarks can be also found on bank notes, passports, contracts or tickets.

There are two types of common watermark papers, the one is called Dandy Roll and the other is called the Cylinder Mould.

The Dandy Roll process involves pressing the paper with a metal stamp (dandy roll) that is water coated. The final result is a patterned mark that lets more light pass through that thinner portion of the paper.

The Cylinder Mould provides a much clearer watermark by incorporating tone changes to create an actual image on the paper.

Visit www.limitedpapers.com and find out about the variety of watermark options avaliable.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://limitedpapersblog.blogspot.com/2009/10/watermark-papers-when-your-business.html' title='Watermark Papers. Employers receive hundreds of job applications and you have to make sure that yours stick out.

Try a snappy, catchy title or a colorful envelope. Wrap your portfolio in a unique folder. Print your resume on a luxurious paper; a paper that catches attention; a paper that’s made out of rags.

Yep, if you’re looking for the best quality paper to print your resume on – choose Rag Paper. You see, most types of papers are made from wood while rag paper contains special fabric fibers, mostly cotton. Now fabric papers are much stronger, durable to wear and tear and have a distinctive look. Cotton is also pH neutral so this paper is great for archival or art prints which will last ages.

Limited Papers is your best source when you want to buy rag paper from top manufacturers. Atlas bond rag paper is a top seller. Those who prefer to use "green" products are especially fond of it, since all Atlas bond rag paper is made of 25 percent cotton and 30 percent post-consumer material.

Recycled Office Paper. Sure, we see a technological change in the shape of e-mail and e-books, but really, can you imagine what it will be like waking up without the morning newspaper? Can you give up the cereal box? Forget about turning the pages of a book while riding the train? Or even leaving the personal touch that you make when you sign a letter?

People use paper since the 2nd century CE and it’s hard to believe that paper will ever disappear. What’s even more interesting is the fact that we recycle paper for more than 300 years! Yep, recycling paper is not a recent trend or just a green phase. About 60% of the paper we consume is recycled, which is a pretty cool fact.

Most of us have accesses to community recycling programs and in some states, recycling is the law. Recycling paper can save us energy and natural resources, prevent pollution and boost the growth of green technologies.

Many businesses around the nation decided to use only recycled paper or other types of green paper such as Acid Free paper, Cotton fiber paper, Green E-certified or FSC certified paper.
